Dr. Jason D’Souza
More than two decades.
One practical perspective.
Jason’s experience spans healthcare, life sciences, strategy, innovation, organizational transformation, and leadership. Senior pharmaceutical leadership and work across global, cross-functional organizations shape his understanding of what it takes to turn strategy into execution.
He brings that experience together with doctoral research in entrepreneurship and business and executive coaching. His starting point is always practical: understand the challenge, identify the constraint, and help leaders move forward.
